Short answerCompanies that qualify to license data through DataPaid are established operating companies with 25 or more office employees, documented processes and at least 70% English-language records, based in one of twelve accepted countries and regions. Any industry with office operations qualifies, from accounting to logistics. Applying starts a review, not a commitment.

What counts as office employees

Office employees are the people who run your business operations: operations, finance, support, sales, administration and management. These are the teams whose daily work produces the records AI teams need. The threshold is 25 or more office employees, and there is no upper limit.

Where your company is based

DataPaid reviews companies based in the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, South Africa, Latin America, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

What your data needs

  • Documented SOPs and processes
  • At least 70% English-language records
  • Clear ownership: the data is yours, not your clients'
  • Real operational records: emails, internal docs, support tickets, CRM history, call records and workflow records

Does industry matter?

Any industry with office operations qualifies. DataPaid works with companies across 20 industries, from accounting firms to logistics operators. What matters is the quality and connectedness of your records, not the industry label.

What applying involves

Applying starts a review, not a commitment. A data advisor reviews your company and data and comes back with questions or a call. A typical engagement runs 20 to 60 days from discovery to payment received, and the final buyer signs with your company and pays it directly. See what happens after you apply.
